António Pinto Leite, partner at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and coordinator of the arbitration and litigation team, is one of the Portuguese speakers at the “VIII International Arbitration Conference” in Rio de Janeiro.
Together with Christian Leathley (Herbert Smith LLP – UK London) and Nigel Blackaby (Freshfields, Bruchhaus, Deringer – Washington, USA), António Pinto Leite will approach the theme “The iura novit curia international arbitration application and the manifest disregard of law”.
The conference will take place on 8 March 2012 at the office of Rio de Janeiro’s State Attorney General between 8.30a.m. and 6.30 p.m.
