Carlos Botelho Moniz participates in the conference “The new competition legal regime” promoted by the Competition Authority in cooperation with the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University and the Católica Global School of Law.
The opening session will be presided by Álvaro Santos Pereira, Minister for the Economy and Employment, and will also include the presence of Joaquín Almunia, European Commissioner for competition. The closing session will be presided by Carlos Moedas, Secretary of State to the Prime Minister.
Carlos Botelho Moniz, coordinator of the European and competition law team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles Soares da Silva, participates in the 1st panel with the theme “The new competition legal regime in Portugal: context and perspectives”.
The conference will take place on 13 July 2012 between 09:00 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. in the Congress Center of the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon. Entrance is free, subject to previous registration.
