Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and Almedina will launch the second volume of the MLGTS Book Collection called Matters of Insurance Law - the new insurance contract law on 21 March 2012.
The book will be presented by partner Luísa Soares da Silva, coordinator of the insurance, reinsurance and pension funds team and Margarida Lima Rego, the book’s coordinator. The event will proudly host Dr. Jorge Magalhães Correia, President of the Board of Fidelidade Mundial and Império Bonança, two major insurance companies.
The second volume of the MLGTS Book Collection is coordinated by Margarida Lima Rego. It contains articles by Helena Tapp Barroso, Joana Galvão Teles, João Matos Viana, Margarida Torres Gama and Nuno Andrade Pissarra. The book contains a collection of studies with the theoretical and practical aspects of the major topics of the new insurance contract law approved by Decree-Law n.º72/2008, 16 April.
