Pedro de Gouveia e Melo, a member of the European law and competition team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is one of the six national rapporteurs representing Portugal in the “XXV FIDE Congress (International European Law Federation)” that takes place in Tallin, Estonia, between May 30 and June 2, 2012.
Pedro de Gouveia e Melo is the author of the report on “The Interface between Energy, Environment and Competition Law Rules of the European Union”.
Carlos Botelho Moniz, coordinator of the firm’s European law and competition team, is also attending the congress as the vice president of APDE- Associação Portuguesa de Direito Europeu (Portuguese European Law Association) and as a member of the Steering Committee of FIDE.
