António Pinto Leite, partner at MLGTS, was elected president of the Portuguese ICC Arbitration Commission, thus replacing Miguel Galvão Teles. The new vice-president is José Robin de Andrade.
The Commission has, amongst other responsibilities, the responsibility to specify for the ICC Portuguese arbitrators to take part as presidents in international arbitration proceedings.
