Cátia Henriques Fernandes joined the firm in 2001. She is currently working with the tax team.
Cátia works with the firm´s Madeira office and for the management company “MLGT Madeira – Management & Investment, S.A.”.
Her area of expertise includes the incorporation and management of companies licensed to operate in the IBC of Madeira, as well as legal assistance to several local international corporations mainly in the areas of shipping registration and international and financial services.
Apart from her work in the IBC, Cátia advises some of the most important tourism groups in Madeira and Portugal and other entities on matters related to Portuguese domestic law.
