Fabrícia de Almeida Henriques started her collaboration with the firm in 1997. Currently she is a consultant of the firm in all matters pertaining to Mozambique.
Fabrícia is a partner with Mozambique Legal Circle Advogados (MLC Advogados), a Mozambican Law office.
In the context of an international association with Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, MLC Advogados is a member of the MLGTS Legal Circle.
In a first stage of her collaboration with Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, she participated in several privatisations involving Portuguese companies, as well as in transactions in the area of project finance. More recently her activity has been focused on assisting national and international clients in significant M&A operations, primarily in the area of energy.
She was a Lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon from 2000 to 2011. Currently, she lectures at the Eduardo Mondlane University and the Superior Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique, in Maputo.
She has participated in several conferences and seminars on securities, banking, e-commerce and internet law.
