Fabrícia de Almeida Henriques Fabrícia is a partner at Mozambique Legal Circle Advogados, the Mozambican member of the network MLGTS Legal Circle.
She is a member of the Mozambican and Portuguese Bar Associations with relevant experience in Mozambican law, having advised clients on corporate and commercial and energy law in this jurisdiction.
Fabrícia’s career started at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, in Portugal, where she participated in several privatisations involving Portuguese companies, as well as in transactions in the area of project finance. She also focused on assisting national and international clients in significant M&A operations, primarily in the area of energy.
She is now consultant of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva in all matters pertaining to Mozambique.
Fabrícia was a Lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon from 2000 to 2011. Currently, she lectures at the Eduardo Mondlane University and the Superior Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique, in Maputo.
