Fabrícia de Almeida Henriques joined MLGTS in 1997 and is, currently, a non-equity partner of the firm.
She is a founding partner and the managing partner at Henriques, Rocha & Associados, the Mozambican member of the network MLGTS Legal Circle.
Fabrícia is a member of the Mozambican and Portuguese Bar Associations, with relevant experience in Mozambican law, assisting private investment in all its features, with particular focus on energy law, infrastructures and real estate.
She participated in several privatisations involving Portuguese companies, as well as in transactions in the area of project finance. She also focused on assisting national and international clients in significant M&A operations, primarily in the area of energy.
Fabrícia was a Lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon from 2000 to 2011. In Mozambique, she has lectured at the Eduardo Mondlane University and the Superior Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique.
