Filipa Morais Alçada joined the firm in 2001. She is a member of the banking and finance team.
Ms. Morais Alçada has experience in project finance, representing both lenders and sponsors in several business areas such as energy production (windfarms, hydros and photovoltaics), infrastructure concessions (motorways, stadiums, transports), water and sewage concessions and hazardous waste recovery plants.
She has also been active in international structured finance and private equity transactions.
