Isabel Mayer Martinha joined the firm in 1998. She is a member of the administrative and public procurement team.
Isabel practices in several areas of administrative law, mainly in the areas of public procurement law, administrative litigation, expropriation law and regulation.
She has assisted clients (public and private entities) in several public tenders and has also advised on several cases in the Administrative Courts.
She has played an active role in the expropriations related to the construction of one of the bridges in Lisbon and has assisted different clients in regulatory matters in the health sector.
In her professional activity, Isabel has acquired an important experience in the public sector in general and, in particular, in the infrastructure, transportation, health and pharmaceutical sectors.
Isabel Mayer Martinha is frequently invited to speak at conferences and seminars related to public procurement and administrative litigation matters.
