Carla Osório de Castro
Carla Osório de Castro joined the firm in 2010. She is a member of the litigation and arbitration team.
Carla represents domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial proceedings and provides day-to-day consultancy to several clients on civil and commercial matters. She also has experience in Family and Inheritance Law.
She also collaborates with the Africa Team - an internal structure that guarantees, on a permanent basis, and in close cooperation with the member firms of the MLGTS Legal Circle, personalised day-to-day assistance to clients on matters that involve or are related to the jurisdictions of the African Portuguese speaking countries – in which she assists clients in the litigation area.
Carla also collaborates with the GTRI – an internal structure that assists clients on matters regarding Business Recovery and Insolvency – and the Indian Task Force.
Since 2010 she’s been teaching subjects related to civil law at the Portuguese Catholic University Law School, in Oporto.
She often participates, as speaker, in training actions on several areas of the law.
