João Pedro Honorato joined the firm in 2002. He works with the banking and finance.
João focuses his activity in banking and financial Law and has been involved in several types of corporate and project finance transactions.
His experience includes structuring, negotiating and executing the project finance of the Portuguese emergency forces’ communication system and the financing of wind farms, motorways and football stadia.
He provides legal advice on financial derivatives.
João also focuses on the incorporation and marketing of national and international mutual and real estate investment funds.
