Mónica Pinto Candeias joined the firm in 2006. She is a member of the european law and competition team.
Ms. Pinto Candeias experience includes advising clients in competition cases both at the national and Community levels, primarily as regards merger control involving major merger operations in the banking, energy and telecommunications sectors.
Her experience also includes advising clients on EU law, notably on antitrust and state aids. She also has experience before Community institutions and courts representing both private and public entities.
Mónica Pinto Candeias has also advised clients on international private law, financial markets and international taxation.
