Paula Ribeiro Farinha joined the firm in 2006. She is currently working with the labour and social security team.
Paula provides consultancy in all areas of employment and social security law, concerning both individual and collective employment relationships.
Acting on behalf of domestic and foreign clients, she has participated in several legal due diligence and corporate restructuring processes, advising on the acquisition and sale of companies and business areas.
She acts as legal counsel for several clients on labour litigation and social security matters.
Before joining the firm, Paula worked with a national law firm in the area of labour and social security law, from 1999 to 2006. Since 2004 she has been a teacher in the Postgraduate Studies in the labour law programme at ISLA.
She frequently attends postgraduate seminars and conferences in matters relating to labour law.
