Nuno Gundar da Cruz joined the firm in 2006.
He is a member of the litigation and arbitration team and also of the restructuring and insolvency team. Previously, Nuno worked with the banking and finance team.
Nuno is an experienced lawyer in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation and criminal litigation. He has also a strong activity in the area of restructuring and insolvency.
Author of several articles on matters related to his practice areas. Nuno also participates in seminars and conferences related to his practice areas.
In 2012, Nuno won a prize awarded by the University of Coimbra for a study on medical negligence.
