Magda Fernandes joined the firm in 2007 and became a non-equity partner in 2016. She is a member of the litigation and arbitration team.
Before she joined the firm, she worked in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
She represents domestic and foreign clients with a particular focus on construction, technology, infrastructure, consumer law, media and advertising, distribution, agency and international franchises.
She also has experience in corporate law and maritime law.
From 2004 to 2007 Magda Fernandes practised law at Macedo Vitorino e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados and from 1998 to 2004 at Sousa Machado, Ferreira da Costa e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados.
