Débora Melo Fernandes joined the firm in 2007. She is a member of the administrative and public procurement team.
Débora concentrates her activity in several areas of administrative law. In particular, she regularly assists clients in public procurement matters, advising both awarding entities and tenderers in the several phases of the procurement procedures, as well as on the performance of public contracts. In addition, she acts as legal counsel for several public and private entities before the administrative courts.
She has also focused her activity on regulated sectors, with emphasis in the telecommunications sector, regularly advising one of the national operators. Moreover, she has been active in licensing and authorization matters, in several areas of activity.
Débora is also a member of the Team Genesis, a team of MLGTS lawyers dedicated to the provision of legal services to new projects in the area of entrepreneurship and innovation.
