Débora Melo Fernandes joined the firm in 2007. She is a member of the administrative and public procurement and urban planning and environment teams.
Ms. Melo Fernandes focus her practice mainly in the areas of public procurement law, administrative litigation and regulation. She has also been working on questions related to public works contracts and licensing of activities.
