Elmano Sousa Costa joined the firm in 2007.
Elmano has experience in project finance, representing lenders in several business areas such as energy production (wind farms, photovoltaic and biomass), infrastructure concessions (motorways, stadiums) and hazardous waste recovery plants.
He has also been active in international structured finance, negotiation of derivatives master agreements, debt issue transactions and banking debt restructure.
Elmano is permanently working at the Brazilian office of Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados mostly dealing with infrastructure projects and providing legal support to international groups with investments in Brazil.
