Gonçalo Machado Borges joined the firm in 2006. He is a member of the european law and competition team.
He practices in several areas of competition law, including matters related to restrictive practices, abuses of market power and filing of merger notifications regarding transactions in a wide range of sectors.
Highlight should be given to the telecom field, in which he has been active in both regulatory and judicial proceedings with the administrative courts.
From 2002 to 2005 he practised law at Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados.
