Filipa Marques Júnior joined the firm in 2002. She is a member of the litigation and arbitration team.
Ms. Marques Júnior started her activity in the firm in the area of constitutional and international public law. Later collaborated in the corporate law area and civil law and is currently practising in the area of civil, criminal and misdemeanor litigation and compliance.
She was an advisor at the Legal Policy and Planning Office of the Ministry of Justice, on the area of enforcement procedure from 2000 to 2001.
Ms. Marques Júnior taught in the Postgraduate Studies Course in Human Rights at the Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra, in 2004-2009, and in the Law Faculty of the Nova University, in 2008-2009.
Ms. Filipa Marques Júnior participates in seminars and conferences in several fields and areas of law.
