Rita Castro joined the firm in 2000. She is a member of the corporate and commercial team.
Ms. Castro has been involved in several transactions, in Portugal and abroad, mainly focused on company acquisitions, group restructuring operations, mergers, spin-offs and winding-up procedures in different economic sectors.
She is also highly experienced is registry and notary practice.
