Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos joined the firm in 2000. She is currently working with the banking and financial team.
Cláudia has been advising national and international clients on structure finance, real estate finance and project finance with emphasis in the energy sector, as well as in private and public tenders. She participated in the tender offer of an airline company, and also was involved in the new airport of Lisbon project, which gave her a wider knowledge of aviation sector issues. Recently, she has participated in the CCGT project finance in Pego and in the tender offers of the new motorways concessions, having represented both the concessionaire and the financing banks (national and international).
Cláudia also has a wide experience in corporate matters, including merger and acquisitions transactions, restructurings, squeeze-outs, winding-up procedures and also redomiciliation of foreign companies.
