António Côrte-Real Neves joined the firm in 2000. He is a member of the tax team.
Mr. Côrte-Real Neves assists clients in the area of taxation law, primarily in the area of customs and excise duties. He has further strengthened his area of practice as a result of work involving special consumption taxes, with particular emphasis on the taxation of petrol, alcoholic beverages, and vehicles.
He has been a strong presence in the creation and nullification of bonded warehouses within the context of a major multinational corporate restructuring (2002 to 2004).
Mr. Côrte-Real Neves acts as arbitrator of the Administrative Arbitration Center.
