Ana Isabel Gameiro joined the firm in September 2008.
Ms. Gameiro is a member of the litigation and arbitration team, working in several areas of civil and commercial law and focusing her practice, in particular, on contentious and non-contentious matters of restructuring and insolvency and intellectual property.
She assists and represents national and foreign clients in several judicial proceedings, especially in insolvency proceedings, and also participates in negotiations towards the recovery of debtors in Revitalization Proceedings, either in representation of creditors or of debtors.
Ms. Gameiro also provides day-to-day consultancy in debt restructuring or corporate restructuring processes aimed at recovering distressed companies and enterprises.
