Helena Soares de Moura joined the firm in 1997. She is a member of the litigation and arbitration team. She coordinates the team handing insolvency and restructuring.
Ms. Soares de Moura has significant experience in litigation focusing her practice mainly on the civil and commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. She also, represents several national and foreign clients in litigation cases related to patent law and industrial property.
She acts as a consultant to several financial institutions and pharmaceutical companies.
