Filipa Arantes Pedroso joined the firm in 1979 and became a partner in 1987.
She is the sub-coordinator of the corporate department and head of one of the corporate, real estate and tourism team.
Filipa is very active in mergers and acquisitions and company law having acted for relevant national and international clients.
In the area of real estate and tourism Filipa Arantes Pedroso has been responsible for the firm’s major projects concerning the structuring of real estate transactions and tourism projects and the incorporation of real estate management companies and real estate funds. She has also been very active in the area of public and private partnership and project finance and has participated in several of the firm’s major projects.
Filipa Arantes Pedroso was an Assistant Professor in Political Economy at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon between 1978 and 1980. Author of articles in national and international specialised magazines and recently the Real Estate Law Review (Law Business Research Ltd.).
