Nuno Galvão Teles joined the firm in 1987. He became a partner in 1995. He is currently the head of one of the corporate and commercial teams.
Mr. Galvão Teles is a corporate lawyer with a focus on M&A and capital markets. He advises and assists leading corporations and banks as well as listed companies in major Portuguese M&A deals. In the past he was very active in the areas of project finance and corporate finance.
Mr. Galvão Teles has led the team of lawyers responsible for some of the major privatisation transactions executed in Portugal (namely in the energy, pulp, motorways and cement industries). He has also participated in several acquisition transactions on behalf of both domestic and foreign clients, in Portugal and abroad.
