Helena Tapp Barroso, a member of the labour and social security team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is one of the invited speakers at the Employee Benefits and Pensions Practice Group meeting, a Lex Mundi practice group which discusses labour issues. Hosted by Maclay Murray & Spens LLP the meeting takes place on 26 and 27 April, 2012.
Helena Tapp Barroso will speak on the panel “Attacks on Public Sector Pensions”. Her presentation will focus on a case study about pensions in Portugal. Gary Cullen (Maclay Murray & Spens LLP) will present a British example and Philip Smith (Arthur Cox) will present an Irish example.
