On 16 October 2014 Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva (MLGTS) co-hosts with Vida Económica a training session on “The New Technologies at the Workspace – video surveillance, email and internet”.
This training session, which takes place in Oporto, is led by the lawyers of the labour and social security group: partner Helena Tapp Barroso, senior lawyer Paula Ponces Camanho, and associate Filipa Godinho Duarte.
Topics to be covered:
- The use of social networks in work relations;
- Long distance surveillance systems;
- Email and internet access monitoring;
- Recording of telephone conversations (workers dealing with telephone calls with clients and users).
