David Silva Ramalho is a speaker at the international conference "E-Evidence: legal and technical challenges from investigation to trial"

David Silva Ramalho participates, as a speaker, in the online seminar "E-Evidence: legal and technical challenges from investigation to trial" for Latvian judges, prosecutors and criminal investigators, an initiative that takes place between the 19th and 22nd of April, which is promoted by organizado ERA - Academy of European Law.

David will address several topics such as the legal framework and IP identification, problems related to the declaration of invalidity of Directive 2006/24/EC, cross-border access to digital evidence, international judicial cooperation on digital evidence, hidden methods of criminal investigation in the digital environment, limits to computer searches and the presentation of digital evidence in court".
