Nuno Sobreira

Nuno Sobreira joined the firm in September 2013.
He is part of the corporate and M&A and capital markets team, as well as of the cross-practice teams responsible for insurance, reinsurance and pension funds and restructuring and insolvency.
The core of Nuno Sobreira’s activity consists of providing legal advisory to national and international clients in M&A transactions, notably sale of shareholdings, partnerships, restructuring processes and asset disposals, including in the banking and insurance sectors. He has also experience in Corporate Governance and financial regulatory compliance matters.
Nuno Sobreira provides regular assistance to listed companies and corporate groups of significant dimension, mainly in the banking and insurance sectors, in matters of corporate and commercial law.
Education
Law Degree (Coimbra Faculty of Law). Master’s Degree in Private Law (Coimbra Faculty of Law, 2014).
Languages
Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
Memberships
Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2016).
