Jessica Rodrigues Ferreira joined Morais Leitão in September 2020. She is a member of the Corporate and M&A team.
Jessica has developed her professional activity in the areas of commercial, company and contracts law, providing regular assistance to clients on their ongoing commercial activities. She has also represented several clients in M&A transactions, as well as in corporate restructuring.
Previously, Jessica worked at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados (2014-2020), where she completed the legal internship and joined the Corporate and M&A practice area.
