Madalena Pereira Mendes joined Morais Leitão in September 2014. She is a member of the firm’s administrative and public law team.
Her practice is focused on various areas of public law. In what concerns administrative law, she has been particularly active in areas related with public contracts, regularly advising public and private entities in the several phases of public procurement procedures, as well as in the performance of public contracts.
Madalena Pereira Mendes has also represented various public and private entities before administrative courts.
Law Degree (Católica Porto School of Law, 2013). Master’s Degree in Administrative Law (Católica Porto School of Law, 2015). She is a PhD student since 2017 (Católica Porto School of Law).
