Maria Carolina Gonçalves joined the firm in June 2018. She is a member of the real estate team.

Carolina focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law.

In the area of real estate Carolina has provided legal advice to domestic and foreign clients on real estate transactions including management of real estate investment funds.

Previously she worked as in-house lawyer at Norfin (2016-2018), and at Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho’s Lisbon office (2012-2016).

Education

Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2012). Business and Law Master’s Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2013). Postgraduate course in Real Estate Law (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2018).

Languages

Portuguese and English.

Memberships

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2016).
