Her practice currently focuses on commercial and corporate law, where she has participated in several mergers, acquisitions and disposals of companies, corporate restructuring operations and the establishment of commercial partnerships, advising both domestic and foreign clients in several sectors of activity, with a particular focus on the energy and natural resources and infrastructures sectors.
Mariana also provides general legal advice to domestic and foreign clients on commercial, corporate and securities law.
Prior to joining Morais Leitão, Mariana Pintor worked as trainee lawyer and associate lawyer at AAA Advogados having developed her practice primarily in corporate and commercial law, M&A and real estate.

Law Degree (Católica University Lisbon Law School, 2016). Post-graduate certificate in Energy Law (Católica University Lisbon Law School, 2022).
