Tomás Pinto Moura

Tomás Pinto Moura joined Morais Leitão in 2018. He is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A and capital markets team.
His practice focuses on advising of national and foreign entities in the fields of commercial, corporate and capital markets law.
Tomás also participates in multiple operations with collective investment undertakings, namely investment funds and both national and foreign management entities.
Between 2016 and 2018 he worked in Galp’s legal department and acquired significant experience in the energy sector, particularly in upstream.
Previously he worked at the Ministry of the Sea and at a law firm.
