Maria João da Luz joined the firm in 2003. She is a member of the mployment and pensions team.
Maria João provides advice in all areas of employment and security law in several legal due diligences, corporate restructuring processes and collective dismissal proceedings. She acts as legal counsel for several domestic and foreign companies on labour and social security litigation.
Maria João da Luz speaks at postgraduate seminars and conferences in matters relating to labour law.
Co-author of the book Código do Trabalho – Três Anos de Jurisprudência Comentada (2007).
