Filipa Godinho Duarte joined the firm in September 2010. She is a member of the employment and pensions team.
Filipa provides consultancy in all areas of employment and social security law, concerning both individual and collective employment relationships.
She acts as legal counsel for several clients on labour litigation and social security matters.
Education
Law Degree (Católica Porto School of Law, 2009). Master's Degree in Corporate and Business Law (Católica Porto School of Law, 2011). Attending a Postgraduate Studies on Labour Law (Coimbra Faculty of Law).

Portuguese, English and French.
