Gonçalo Rosas joined the firm in 2016. He is a member of the European law and competition team.
His practice focuses on EU and Portuguese merger control procedures, cartel investigations and abuses of dominance, and covers a broad range of business sectors.
Prior to joining Morais Leitão, he worked as a trainee at the Unit C5 (information, communication and media mergers) of the Competition Directorate-General of the European Commission and as Law Clerk at the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins.
