Conference "Risk, compliance and corporate defense (Risks and challenges for companies and managers – A new paradigm)”

Rui Patrício, partner of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is the host of the conference "Risk, compliance and corporate defense (Risks and challenges for companies and managers – A new paradigm)” that will take place on 23 March 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the João Morais Leitão Auditorium.

With this initiative the firm intends to call attention to the importance of compliance programs in the context of a corporate defense which analyses the legal risks of the reputation and image of companies and their managers.

The conference includes distinguished speakers and experts on the themes under discussion: João Martins Pereira, Compliance Director of Banco Espírito Santo, Jorge Rosário Teixeira, Republic Procurer - DCIAP, Paulo Sousa Mendes, University Professor, and members of the firm’s team of compliance.
