Tiago Félix da Costa attends Lex Mundi Business Crimes and Compliance Practice Group Global Meeting

Tiago Félix da Costa, associate at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and member of the litigation and arbitration team attends the Lex Mundi’s  Practice Group Global Meeting on Business Crimes and Compliance, held in Paris on the 15-16 October. Business crimes and compliance is an area which the firm, particularly the litigation and arbitration team, has been working on for many years. At this meeting Tiago Félix da Costa presents a paper containing the most recent updates on the Portuguese jurisdiction.

This meeting will provide participants the possibility to discuss business development opportunities and participate in practice group substantive matters regarding recent jurisdictional updates in anti-corruption compliance and FCPA matters.
