Data Functional Analyst (M/F)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Data Functional Analyst, you will play an important role in acting as a business translator and ensuring the products are aligned with the needs of our organization. Your critical thinking abilities, autonomy, and solution-driven mindset will be key assets in delivering valuable analyses and driving data-oriented initiatives.

Responsabilities:

  1. Dashboard, Report Development, and Automation:
    • Collaborate with the team to build and create dashboards and reports.
    • Acquire data modeling expertise to design efficient and visually appealing dashboards.
    • Ensure the inclusion of relevant metrics and KPIs to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
    • Build automated processes to enhance workflows and boost efficiency.

  2. Pipeline Organization, Task Distribution, and Project Management:
    • Organize and manage the pipeline of tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
    • Facilitate the distribution of tasks among team members, considering workload balance.
    • Assist in addressing the firm's ongoing needs, particularly in areas such as pricing analysis, data modeling, and reporting.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.

  3. Ad-hoc Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth and insightful analyses on a wide range of topics as needed.
    • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, conduct research, and present findings effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Analytics or Intelligence, Data or Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, leveraging data to support decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in critical thinking, allowing for effective problem-solving and analysis.
  • Proven experience with data tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, with a focus on data manipulation and visualization.
  • Knowledge in Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, is a plus.
  • Autonomy and ability to work in team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Resilience to overcome challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Good organizational skills with a focus on synthesis and efficient information management.
