Conference "Implementation of the New Regulatory Package and the New Electronic Communications Law"
Nuno Peres Alves will participate at the conference "Implementation of the New Regulatory Package and the New Electronic Communications Law", organised by the Portuguese Association for Communications Development (APDC). The conference will take place in the auditorium of the Foundation of Communications on 19 October 2011 at 2 p.m..
Nuno Peres Alves will address the new court of expertise on competition, regulation and supervision and the new penalty regime.
The conference will be opened by Peter Norton (President of APDC). José Ferrari Careto (Administrator of ICP-ANACOM), Luís Antunes Paes (PLMJ), Octávio Castelo Paulo (SRS) and Margarida Couto (VDA) will also be speaking in the conference. The conference will end with a round table discussion with the directors of the main regulatory market operators (Portugal Telecom, Optimus, ZON, Vodafone, ONI and Cabovisão ) participating in the discussion.
