Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva organize debate on "Code of Public Procurement"

The Administrative and Public Procurement team promotes seminars on the "Code of Public Procurement". Held at the Dr. António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation in Porto, the seminar considers the application of the Code of Public Procurement, and analysis in detail issues such as direct negotiations, the special instruments, contract works and the rules of tenders, thereby trying to clarify all questions raised by recent legislation.
