Carolina Ramos Dias joined Morais Leitão in 2023. She is member of the corporate department.
Carolina advices listed and non-listed companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters and has participated in several corporate restructurings, acquisitions and disposals, representing national and foreign clients.
Her practice is also focused on capital markets, particularly on the issue and offering of equity and debt securities.
Before joining the firm, she worked at the corporate, M&A and capital markets department of Garrigues Portugal between 2019 and 2023.
