Patrícia Assunção Soares joined Morais Leitão in 2021. She is member of the corporate department and the insurance, reinsurance and pension funds team.
She has developed her activity mainly in matters of commercial, corporate and data protection law, as well as in advising and permanent monitoring on insurance law.
Previously, she worked in the Legal and Compliance Department of Una Seguros, S.A., as Legal Counsel, and in the Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados Law firm, in the litigation and corporate areas.
Patrícia Assunção Soares has been frequently intervened in several training initiatives, seminars and conferences in insurance law and she has been guest lecturer in classes of obligations law, in the Law Degree at NOVA School of Law.
