Rita Seara joined the firm in 2024. She is a member of the employment, pensions and immigration team.
Rita provides consultancy in all areas of immigration and citizenship law.
She began her professional career at PLEN Sociedade de Advogados. Before joining Morais Leitão, she worked in individual practice in all areas of immigration and citizenship law, acting as legal counsel for individual clients, as well as for national and international companies, namely in relocation processes.
Education
Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2009). Master's Degree in Forensic Law - civil and entrepreneurial side (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2011).
Languages
Portuguese and English.

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2013).
