Mónica Pimenta

Mónica Pimenta joined Morais Leitão in 2023. She is a member of the corporate and M&A and Corporate real estate and tourism teams.
She provides legal assistance to both national and foreign investors on corporate M&A and real estate transactions, including sale and purchase of companies, restructurings, commercial and distribution contracts, sale and purchase of shopping centres, offices, photovoltaic plants, logistic, residential and tourism.
Before joining the firm, she was Head of Legal of Zaphira Capital (2021–2022), and worked in Garrigues Portugal (2018-2021), Cuatrecasas Portugal (2014-2018) and DLA Piper Portugal (2008-2014), in the corporate M&A and real estate departments.
