Filipa Castanheira de Almeida rejoined the firm in 2020, after having initiated her professional career here between 2014 and 2018. She is a member of the litigation and arbitration department, the intellectual property team and German Desk – an in-house team at Morais Leitão that provides permanent and personalised support to clients from German-speaking countries.
Filipa has particularly relevant experience in representing national and international clients in various sectors of activity, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases, in the areas of civil and commercial law, and also in matters related to intellectual property, namely in the area of pharmaceutical patents.
Between 2018 and 2020, she joined the board of a company in the linguistic sector, having also been responsible for its legal area.
