Clara Almeida

Clara has developed her professional activity in the areas of commercial, company and contracts law, and has been involved in M&A transactions, including mergers, demergers, acquisitions of companies, as well as in corporate restructuring.
She is also a member of the firm’s cross-sectional Private Equity team, where she has been involved in domestic and cross-border private transactions and restructurings involving private equity and other private market sponsors.
Clara also provides general legal advice on commercial and corporate law to domestic and foreign clients.
Education
Law Degree (Faculty of Law, University of Porto, 2018). Post-graduate studies in Company Law (Coimbra Faculty of Law, IDET, 2019). Attendance of post-graduate studies in Contracts and Consumer Law (Coimbra Faculty of Law, Consumer Law Centre, 2021).

Portuguese and English.
