Tomás Mendonça Viçoso

Tomás Viçoso joined Morais Leitão in 2022. He is a member of the firm’s administrative and public law and urban planning and environment teams.
Tomás started his collaboration with the firm as a junior consultant of the administrative and public law and urban planning and environment teams (2022 to 2023).
Previously, Tomás attended two short-term internships at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (2021 and 2022).
He also attended a summer internship at Abreu Advogados (2022).
Law Degree (University of Lisbon School of Law, 2022). Postgraduate Studies in Sports Law (Universidade Lusófona, 2022). Attending a Master’s Degree Program in Administrative Law (Católica Lisbon School of Law).
Tomás Mendonça Viçoso is preparing to join the Portuguese Bar Association.
